Dear Hermie,

2021, what a year, huh? Hermie, I drove myself (and my business) absolutely CRAZY this year trying to keep on top of changing client needs in the midst of a constantly changing world. Our clients are mostly music and event venues, so their AV requirements are often core to their business and success. Plus they had to juggle the constantly changing rules and attitudes around live events, especially indoors. With their needs shifting on what seemed like a daily basis, the requests for Day Two service and post-installation assistance have skyrocketed. In many cases, we simply did not have the time or the team to give our clients the support they clearly needed. I am worried that if this trend continues into 2022 we’re going to start to lose customers to bigger, better-staffed competitors. Hermie, you’ve been in the Pro AV world for more than a minute.
