In fact, he doesn’t just talk about AV stuff until he’s blue in the face, he’s done it so much he’s blue all over! So, if you have a burning AV question, just “Ask Hermie!”

Dear Hermie,

I need help, Hermie! I’m a mid-size, mid-west commercial integrator. We’ve managed to keep our heads (and our business) above water throughout 2020 by scaling down through furloughs, and some early retirements on our installer team. The good news is that business has really started to pick up again. The bad news is that many of our former team members have moved on to new industries and opportunities, or for a variety of personal reasons, aren’t willing or able to come back to work. I don’t want to turn away business, but I don’t have the team in place to take on all the projects in front of me. Hiring and training take too long. After a slow year, my customers want their stuff installed NOW! Help me Hermie!
